Portstewart Surf School is an award winning Surf and SUP based at Portstewart Strand - National Trust, North Coast, Northern Ireland.
Join us for a Surf or SUP lesson on the beautiful Portstewart Strand , Northern Ireland . All equipment is provided and you will be taken by the Highest qualified team on the north coast holding Beach lifeguard & ASI level 1 -3 Surf Coach qualifications .

May 2024 - Unforgettable experience in Northern Ireland!We had a brilliant surf lesson with Sub6 Surf School. The morning was so much fun and the lesson was fantastic. Connell (our instructor) brought so much energy and fun to the lesson!We followed our surf lesson with the “Sauna & Sea” experience which was so amazing and very unique!I couldn’t recommend these experiences enough - definitely worth doing if you are in the area.

Surfing the Strand - great experience - Apr 2024 Connell took 4 of us for a lesson on Portstewart strand. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. We were fitted with Wetsuits boots and hoods, given our vests very easily.Health and safety training was all confidently explained and we were given good explanation of techniques to use ahead of getting into the water. Much more enjoyable than previous lessons I’ve had elsewhere and Connell made the whole time fun. Equipment was good and overall had a good 1h30 in the water wreaking havoc in the waves. A great way to spend a morning or afternoon.
