SUB6 really hope you are happy with your purchase but if you need to return your item(s) for any reason please contact us first by email on why you need to make a return . The customer will arrange to get the purchase back safely to us and cover the cost for postage themselves. Products must be sent tracked with tracking number provided. Any issues with products must be reported within 28 days of purchase. We can only offer refunds or partial on items returned in unworn / unused condition, tags on within 28 days of purchase. Any items received in a non-sellable or damaged condition will not be accepted for a refund, sorry. Please ensure that you return the goods to us in their original packaging with all products tags attached as they were when delivered, failure to do this will also mean you will not be refunded.
