If you want to learn how to use a rescue board as preparation for doing a beach lifeguard course or even to see if it’s something that you’d like to try for the first time then this one hour session is for you.
Candidates who are already qualified as RLSS beach lifeguards can use this session as extra board training to improve or give themselves an edge if they have a selection day with the RNLI .
1 hour 1:1 session using the rescue boards
Location : Eaststrand Portrush or Portstewart strand depending on conditions.
All equipment included
Prerequisites:
50m swimming ability in open water.
